Your plan determines how much of every booking you keep:
Gold — you keep 80% of your commission
Platinum — you keep 90%
Diamond — you keep 100%
Whatever tier you choose, the tools, training, and support that come with it are already included—nothing essential is locked behind an extra fee. Because when you earn more, we all win.
To help you stay organized, you'll have access to our all-in-one CRM and itinerary builder. You book directly with your vendors, then submit the booking to track it from confirmation through completion. Once your client has traveled and the vendor releases the commission, we process your payment promptly. You'll always have full transparency—track each booking's status, view pending commissions, and keep accurate records of your earnings—so you can focus on what matters most: building client relationships and growing your business.
The Commission Cycle
Step 1
Agent creates a booking with a vendor.
Step 2
Agent submits booking into The Host & Co CRM.
Step 3
After client travels, the vendor will send a statement and release the commission funds.
Step 4
The Host & Co will process commission.
Step 5
Agent receives commission by direct deposit.
