Those who choose the Platinum Plan benefit from an even higher commission split of 90%, maximizing their income potential. Agents who select the Diamond Plan enjoy the highest commission split at 100%, keeping the full amount of their earnings. These commission structures are designed to reward agents for their hard work and provide them with the opportunity to build a profitable travel business. To help you stay organized and efficiently manage your business, you'll have access to The Host & CO's CRM system for tracking all your commissions and bookings. This user-friendly platform streamlines your workflow and keeps everything in one convenient location. When you secure a booking, you'll submit the details through the CRM system, where you can monitor its progress from confirmation through completion. Once your client has traveled and we receive the commission payment from the vendor, your commission will be processed and paid to you promptly. The CRM system provides full transparency, allowing you to track each booking's status, view pending commissions, and maintain accurate records of your earnings, so you can focus on what matters most—building client relationships and growing your travel business.

The Commission Cycle

Step 1

Agent creates a booking with a vendor.

Step 2

Agent submits booking into The Host & Co CRM.

Step 3

After client travels, the vendor will send a statement and release the commission funds.

The Host & Co will process commission.

Step 5

Agent receives commission by direct deposit.
